Important Terms and Conditions

Minimum Charges:

• There will be a minimum charge depending on the area you are situated in.
• To check if your area qualifies or to get a accurate quote, please fill out our Contact Form or email us and include your area in Cape Town.

Payment:

• A 50% upfront payment is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
• Bookings must be confirmed in advance, so please check availability before making any payment.

Load Shedding:

• Please ensure there is electricity on the day of the cleaning. If load shedding occurs during the service, there will be additional charges per hour (or part thereof) if we need to wait for power restoration.

Important Notes:

• Stain Removal: While we achieve good results, stain and odour removal is not guaranteed
• Drying Time: Carpets and upholstery generally take 4 to 8 hours to dry (depending on weather conditions and air-flow). For best results, ensure proper ventilation or use fans to speed up drying.
• Parking: If parking fees apply, they will be added to the final invoice.
• Space Requirements: Please provide a space such as a garage or tiled area for cleaning mattresses and upholstery. If no such space is available, we will take extra care to protect your floors.
• Loose Rugs: Please note we do not clean the following rugs, silk, sisal, coir, kelim, Persian or shaggy rugs. Please note that we do not clean the underside of the rug only the top side. Rugs are cleaned at your own risk. Rugs require longer drying times.
  

Additional Information:

• We use the injection extraction method with cold water and safe chemicals for cleaning.
• Leather Cleaning: We do not clean leather upholstery.
• Carpet cleaning and moving of Furniture: We do not move large furniture. All smaller items need to be cleared before cleaning starts. Plastic will be placed under legs of wooden furniture if we are able to lift those items.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• A cancellation fee will apply if notice is insufficient.
• If we are unable to complete the cleaning due to load shedding or other issues, we will reschedule, but additional charges may apply.
