Our Carpet Cleaning Process

Step 1 – Assessment When we arrive we inspect the carpet before any cleaning begins. We check the condition of the fibres, identify problem areas and note any stains or high-traffic zones that need extra attention. This helps us tailor the cleaning approach to your specific carpet.

Step 2 – Dry Vacuuming If the carpet has not been vacuumed before our arrival, we vacuum it first to remove loose dry dust and debris.
